Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editor / Graphic Designer to support a US-based educational institution. This is a full-time role requiring consistent collaboration, strong attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality visual content on a weekly, monthly, and event-based schedule.
The ideal candidate has a strong sense of visual storytelling, understands branding for educational audiences, and can manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing
Edit and produce high-quality videos for educational content, marketing campaigns, and social media
Create short-form and long-form video content, including promotional, instructional, and event-related videos
Add motion graphics, titles, transitions, sound design, and basic animations
Ensure all video content aligns with the school’s branding and messaging
Graphic Design
Design digital and print assets such as social media graphics, presentations, thumbnails, posters, flyers, and digital ads
Create visuals for school events, announcements, and campaigns
Maintain consistent branding across all visual materials
Deliverables & Output Expectations
Weekly Outputs:
Assigned video edits and graphic design assets based on ongoing campaigns and content needs
Monthly Outputs:
Creative materials for monthly initiatives, academic programs, and marketing campaigns
School Event Outputs:
Event promotions, highlight videos, recap videos, posters, and supporting graphics before and after school events
Collaboration & Project Management
Meet all weekly and monthly deadlines with high-quality output
Revise content based on feedback in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with the school’s marketing and academic teams
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer
Strong portfolio demonstrating both video and graphic design expertise
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, layout, and typography
Excellent time management and communication skills
Ability to commit to a full-time role with recurring deliverables
Portfolio Requirement (Mandatory)
Applicants must submit a portfolio via a Google Drive link showcasing relevant video and graphic design work. Applications without a Drive link will not be considered.
