Lead Generation Specialist

Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to optimize campaigns and generate high-quality leads. The role focuses on using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other lead generation platforms to identify, qualify, and convert prospects, as well as improve conversions through landing pages, call campaigns, and social media engagement. 

The ideal candidate must have prior experience and strong knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, social media campaigns, and overall digital marketing strategies, enabling them to have educated conversations with clients about services such as landing pages, social media marketing, and other lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Campaign Optimization:
  • Optimize and manage lead generation campaigns across digital channels (email, PPC, and other outreach campaigns).
  • Use tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other lead generation platforms to identify and qualify prospects.
  • Improve landing pages and lead capture funnels to increase conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing and apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
  • Social Media Management & Engagement:
  • Have deep knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor, manage, and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages.
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with potential leads to maintain engagement and conversion.
  • Call Campaigns & Follow-Up:
  • Oversee outbound call campaigns to follow up on generated leads.
  • Track lead progress and ensure timely follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Monitor campaign performance and track KPIs such as cost per lead (CPL), lead quality, and conversion rates.
  • Provide actionable insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience:
  1. Proven experience in digital lead generation and campaign optimization.
  2. Strong knowledge of digital marketing and its various channels.
  3. Hands-on experience with lead generation tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and similar platforms.
  4. Strong knowledge of social media management and engagement across multiple platforms.
  5. Knowledge of landing pages, lead capture funnels, and CRO.
  6. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  7. Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data.
