Job Overview
We are a U.S.-based company known for creating high-quality custom plaques, trophies, and awards for organizations and individuals nationwide. Our products are trusted for employee recognition, athletic achievements, corporate milestones, community honors, and personal celebrations, reflecting excellence and appreciation. We are seeking a dedicated Telemarketer to join our remote team. The primary role is to make outbound calls, introduce customers to our award products, and help generate new sales opportunities. You will assist callers in understanding our customization options, materials, engraving details, and pricing. A professional phone presence and strong spoken English are essential. 

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Follow call scripts and present our products professionally.
Assist customers with basic product questions and customization information.
Record call details and update customer information accurately.
Meet daily and weekly call targets.
Maintain a friendly, professional phone manner at all times.

Requirements
Excellent spoken English (clear and easy to understand)
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
Strong communication and listening skills
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Basic computer skills
Previous telemarketing or call center experience (preferred, not required)
Experience speaking with U.S. customers (preferred, not required)
Ability to confidently represent a reputable U.S. awards company and explain our products and customization options
